I combine trauma-informed counselling, functional nutrition, and optional spiritual insight to help you get to the root of what’s really going on—biologically, emotionally, and energetically. Whether you're dealing with long-term symptoms, emotional pain, life transitions, or burnout, this approach is tailored to your whole system.
 

This may include:

• Belief work, trauma patterns & stress responses

• Psycho-spiritual guidance (optional)

• Lifestyle shifts rooted in real food, self-regulation, and sovereignty

• Support through grief, rage, change, and reclamation

• Rebalancing mind-body connection
   

Session Options:

• Initial Consult (60–90 mins): $220

  This isn’t just a chat—it’s a deep dive.
  Before we meet, I spend time reviewing your intake form, health history, and any relevant data. After our session, I create a tailored recommendations report specific to you. In total, I invest 3–4 hours per new client to ensure you're not getting guesswork—you’re getting a roadmap.
   

• Standard (60 mins): $165
   

• Short (30 mins): $120
   

Note: You’re welcome to book sessions focused solely on nutrition or counselling.  Some clients work with me purely for food and functional support (especially when they already have a psychologist), while others come purely for emotional or spiritual work. It's your body, your path. I tailor the support to you.
