1. What services do you offer?

I offer online counselling, functional nutrition coaching, spiritual counselling, health & wellness guidance and natural skincare products. My goal is to support your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.
I am more than happy to work in with your GP or wellness team should it be required - if this is the case, my role is to complement your existing care, offering additional support to enhance your overall health and healing.

2. How can I book a consultation?

You can book a virtual consultation directly through my website, under 'Book online',  by choosing your preferred service and selecting a convenient time for your session. Through virtual sessions, I am able to connect with clients globally, ensuring you can access holistic healing no matter where you live. 3. What is holistic counselling?

Holistic counselling takes into account the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. It combines traditional counselling techniques with holistic practices to support your overall well-being in a safe and supportive space. Recognising the direct connection between diet and mental health, we may also incorporate tailored nutritional advice into your holistic care plan, offering a comprehensive approach to your health.

4. What is functional nutrition coaching?

Functional nutrition coaching focuses on using food and nutrition to optimise your health. I create personalised nutrition plans tailored to your unique needs, taking into account the vital connection between diet and mental health. By addressing both, I aim to enhance your overall well-being.

5. What is Energy Healing?

Energy healing is a holistic practice that aims to balance and restore the body's natural energy flow. Practitioners use techniques like hands-on healing, visualisation, and intention to remove energy blockages, promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

How does Energy Healing work?

Energy healing stimulates the physical energy circuits of the body (chakras and meridians) to help facilitate its natural healing mechanism. This holistic therapy assists in unblocking the energy fields and preventing future problems by identifying issues before they manifest as physical pain. Addressing the energy in the body helps in promoting better health and greater clarity.

What can I expect during an Energy Healing session?

During a session with me, you typically sit comfortably in a chair. In person I might place my hands lightly on or above your body, sensing and working with your energy field. You may experience sensations like warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation. Sessions usually last 30-60 minutes, and the number of sessions needed varies based on individual needs. This can also be done via zoom.

Is Energy Healing safe?

Energy healing is generally considered safe, non-invasive, and has no known side effects. However, some people may experience temporary emotional releases or heightened sensitivity following a session. It's important to drink plenty of water, rest, and be gentle with yourself after an energy healing session. Always inform your practitioner of any medical conditions or concerns before starting treatment.

Can Energy Healing replace conventional medical treatment?

Energy healing is not a substitute for conventional medical treatment but can be used as a complementary therapy. It's important to continue with your prescribed medical treatments and consult with your healthcare provider when considering energy healing as part of your wellness plan.

6. Are your skincare products natural?

Yes, all of my skincare products are made from natural ingredients, designed to nourish and revitalise your skin. With everything we put on our skin absorbing just as quickly as if we were to ingest something, it's vital what we use topically is safe.

7. Can I attend workshops and events online?

Absolutely! I will be offering virtual and in person workshops and events to promote health, growth, spirituality, and community connection. Check our website and social media for upcoming events.

8. How do I know if holistic counselling is right for me?

Holistic counselling is suitable for anyone seeking to improve their mental, emotional, and physical health. It’s a comprehensive approach that integrates mind, body, and spirit. Currently I am offering one on one individual counselling to those over 18 years.

9. Do you offer support for ongoing health challenges?

I have something in the pipeline to provide ongoing support and accountability, other than one on one sessions, (coming soon),  to help you stay on track with your health journey.

10. How do you ensure the advice you provide is up-to-date and reliable?

I constantly read and research cutting-edge science-based data and have a supportive cohort to draw upon. This ensures I guide clients with the latest and most reliable information. Another important factor to remember is that what may work for someone, may not work for another, so we need to find what works for you.

​

11. How do you approach nutrition and lifestyle changes?

I work with clients to help them make better choices aligned with their goals, strengths, behaviours, and resources, ensuring sustainable healthy lifestyle changes. If I feel something is out of my scope of practice, I will refer you to another specialist in the area required, to ensure full appropriate support.
