Holistic counselling takes into account the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Yes, all of my skincare products are made from natural ingredients, designed to nourish and revitalise your skin. With everything we put on our skin absorbing just as quickly as if we were to ingest something, it's vital what we use topically is safe.

I constantly read and research cutting-edge science-based data and have a supportive cohort to draw upon. This ensures I guide clients with the latest and most reliable information. Another important factor to remember is that what may work for someone, may not work for another, so we need to find what works for you.
