Holistic counselling considers the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. It integrates traditional counselling techniques with holistic practices to support your overall wellbeing. Since nutrition significantly impacts mental wellbeing, we may integrate nutritional advice into your holistic care plan.

Functional Nutrition
Functional nutrition coaching focuses on optimising health through the strategic use of food and nutrition (food is medicine). Integrating elements of counselling, I address the needs of the body, mind, and spirit. I create personalised nutrition plans/guides, tailored specifically to your unique needs, ensuring comprehensive support for your overall wellbeing, and am happy to work in with your healthcare provider/GP.
